In theory we should just go for it even if we don't like it, but for me it wasn't enough, and it cost me!

It sounds easy! I'll go to gym and look better and feel better with it. As many things it's not that easy. I will try and help you by giving some of my ways of motivating me and trust me I am stubborn as a mule.

Most of my life I was a very active person, I did contact sports most of my life so for me going through pain for some endorphins wasn't something new at all. I couldn't understand how some people just cannot motivate themselves to go train something. After a good training you feel reborn you feel you can achieve anything.

But a couple of times in my life I've found out that I wasn't so different than those people myself. Kind of a shocking moment to be honest. Who? Me? No way! - Yeah! Way!

I was changing in matters of months and besides the mirror the clothes were savagely letting me know that I've crossed the line. So from fit I went to unfit.

It was time for action I told to myself. I will get a subscription to the local gym and then I'll be "forced" by my own shame to go train. This strategy worked for a few weeks but that's about it. You see all the fitness influencers talk about how strong mentally you need to be but they don't talk about the chemicals inside your body and how those can block you. And I was blocked.

So... Go have your hormones checked! That is the very first step in getting in shape and looking great. Make an appointment to an endocrinologist and get your hormones in balance as much as you can. Then it is time to do our part in getting the best out of those trainings.

The next articles are about that. Cheers!
